What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 unit for all standard catalogue items. For custom OEM orders requiring special tooling or machining, minimum quantities vary — typically 10–50 units. Sample orders are welcome before committing to full production.
Are your gearboxes compatible with Bonfiglioli or Brevini?
Yes. Our EM, ED, ET, and EQ series are dimensionally equivalent to Bonfiglioli, Brevini, Bosch Rexroth, and Sumitomo — identical mounting flange patterns and shaft dimensions make them drop-in replacements in most applications. Send us the competitor model number and we will confirm compatibility.
Can you make custom gearboxes to our drawings?
Yes. We accept customer drawings in DWG, DXF, PDF, or STEP format and manufacture to your exact specifications — including custom ratios, shaft layouts, housing materials, and mounting flanges. Private-label branding is also available. Send us your drawings for a free engineering review.
How quickly can you deliver after an order is placed?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Production orders take 7–15 business days. Custom OEM orders take 20–35 business days. Sea freight to Canada, Australia, and Europe adds 18–35 days transit. Air freight is available for urgent orders.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Every shipment includes: Load Test Certificate, Dimensional Inspection Report, Certificate of Origin / FORM A, CE Declaration of Conformity (EU/UK orders), Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. Material certifications and third-party inspection reports available on request.
Is third-party pre-shipment inspection available?
Absolutely. We facilitate inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek, and others. Notify us 3 business days in advance. We also issue our own 100% load test certificate and dimensional inspection report with every order at no additional charge.
